REGISTRATION POLICY

You must be at least 13 years of age to register and log into the WEBER REEDS website. If you are under 13 years old, please ask an adult to register and shop for you. The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act prohibits us from knowingly collecting and storing personal information from children under the age of 13.

PAYMENT POLICY

All payments must be made in US dollars.

If you choose to make payment by credit card, PayPal is the secure payment processor for WEBER REEDS. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for your transaction. Please note that although we are using PayPal to process your credit card payment, you do not need to have a PayPal account.

If you choose to make payment by check or money order, we will not send your order until we receive your payment. Please send payments to: WEBER REEDS Inc., P.O. Box 1807, Chandler, AZ 85244-1807.

If, for some reason, payment has not been made in advance, payment is due upon receipt of the order and is considered past due after 30 days of the invoice date. Past due payments are subject to a late charge of 1-1/2% per month (18% APR), with a minimum of $1.00.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is charged on Arizona orders only.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We accept online website orders from the United States and Canada only. All other international orders must be made via e-mail, phone, or fax, and they must be paid in advance in US dollars by international money order or wire transfer. WEBER REEDS reserves the right to refuse any order placed by an international person or entity.

Please note: Yamaha instruments will be shipped to US addresses only.

INSTRUMENT SALES POLICY

New Instruments

New instruments are offered for inspection and approval for a period of 7 days from the date of arrival. You must call in order for us to ship any instrument to you. We require a valid VISA or MasterCard number as a security deposit, and we will charge the shipping & handling to it. If you decide to purchase an instrument after the trial period, you can then tell us to charge your credit card, give us another credit card number, send a check or money order, or wire payment directly into our bank account.

You, the customer, are fully responsible for any instrument(s) while in your possession and until it is received back at WEBER REEDS in its original condition. You may want to check with your insurance agent to make sure you have coverage for the period of time while you are trying the instrument(s).

Our policy is for our customers to pay for the cost of shipping, handling and insurance. This cost will apply to the shipping from WEBER REEDS and to the return shipment of any unpurchased instruments. When returning any instrument(s), please insure for full value.

In addition to warranties provided by the manufacturers, WEBER REEDS provides a one-year crack and minor adjustments warranty from date of purchase for all new Fox, Fossati and Lor?e instruments. Yamaha instruments are covered by the Yamaha Limited 5-year factory warranty. Acoustical or tuning issues are not covered by our warranty, but are offered at an additional cost.

The customer is responsible for all warranty-related shipping costs.

Used Instruments

Used instruments are offered for inspection and approval for a period of 7 days from the date of arrival. You must call in order for us to ship any instrument to you. Consignment Sales

Our consignment fee is 15% of the final selling price. Please call for more details.

WEBER REEDS expects to make all necessary repairs before offering a used instrument for sale. All conditions and options will be agreed to by the owner and us, the seller, before repairing and offering any item to the public.
